This original documentary shows how Christophe Ziegert applies his philosophy to both Switzerland's cuisine and the management of his business.

Synopsis:

Star chef Christophe Ziegert is the founder and owner of the famous Auberge de Bugneau in Canton Vaud, Switzerland. “Le cuisiner de l’inattendu” introduces the great chef’s amazing and rather complex philosophy. By no means a cookery course, the film journeys into the world of taste with humor and inspiration and captures Ziegert at work, giving his all in the kitchens and to his eleven staff members.
